Adam practices primarily in the areas of business and family-based immigration, trusts and estate planning, and business planning. Prior to joining the Gunderson Law Group, Adam worked as a law clerk in a variety of offices, including a large multi-national firm in Australia, a small boutique firm in downtown Salt Lake City, and in the general counsel’s office of a small tech company in Provo, Utah.
Adam graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served as managing editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law. Prior to attending law school, Adam graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in biological sciences.
Adam is a member of Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
He works hard to stay involved in the local community—currently serving on the Board of Directors for AZURA Inc. (a partner organization with Mesa United Way focusing on addressing the root causes of poverty and homelessness). Adam’s past service has included serving on the board of directors for Mesa United Way, the City of Mesa’s Board of Adjustment, and on the West Mesa Community Development Corporation. He has also helped coach youth sports and has volunteered as a leader for the Boy Scouts of America.
